knowledge of building codes and permitting, ADA parking lot restrictions, flat work, asphalt, concrete and repairs, parking lot striping, power washing, some demo, minor drywall, tape and float, painting, minor masonry repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, tenant lease space make ready, grafitti overpainting, minor roto rooting, minor "drop in" ceiling repair, ability to oversee jobs assigned to other contractors. Be able to work in our residential houses when needed.

A person who will say what needs to be done and then TIMELY do what they say they will do.
And if something arises where he later discovers that he can't do what he promised, you must call the Property Manager and explain the snag ... and what he is going to do to get the task done, elsewise .. and when .. and then Follow Through.
